Convection and radiation cooling

The cooling channel has a cooling air circuit for top cooling of the goods and a cooling circuit for bottom cooling of the goods. The air temperature of the cooling air circuits depends on the type and composition of the mass as well as the geometric shape of the goods. The air temperature setting is in the range from +3°C to +15°.
