Automatic Inhouse Built Fudge Cutter

Can be used for both square & long pieces

Block(s) of fudge are placed on plates, on the revolving sections of machine

The knife head automatically travels along the length of machine, cutting the fudge

It then returns to starting point, the revolving sections turn, and the cutter again travels length of machine & back again

This provides a square cut of fudge

Can also provide a length cut of fudge, if revolving sections are not turned

Smallest square/width is 5mms, cutting head is adjustable be taking out some of or re-spacing the knives
