There is NO tempering Machine included with it, but you can use a CW40/60/80 Unit

With the semi-industrial moulding line, different mould layouts can be used during the same production process. 

The line processes the different moulds one by one, regardless of the model. The chocolate is poured directly into the moulds from the tempering machine, 

without the need for a specific dosing head. A double scraping system then removes the excess chocolate from the moulds,

that are completely filled with chocolate. A vibrating table removes any air bubbles from the chocolate. 

To obtain shells, the moulds are then turned over. The excess chocolate is collected and pumped back into the boiler of the tempering machine. 

The mould can now be removed from the line, with the side being scraped manually.

It is also possible to make full products with the moulding line. For this purpose, a stainless steel table is placed immediately after the vibrating station  

set up. This allows the user to produce not only shells but also full chocolate such as chocolate bars or Neapolitans with the same machine. Instead of turning, the moulds remain completely filled with chocolate and can be cooled immediately in a cooling tunnel or manually transferred to a cooling room. The same procedure is used to seal the filled shells with chocolate.

The moulding line has four different and adjustable heating systems : Heating of the top scrapers, Heating of the side scrapers, Heating of the return pump, Heating of the vibration station.
