2 x YORKSHIRE PROCESS PLANT Caramel Cooling Drums, Models CCR-1, year 1996, Serial Numbers 5109A & 5109B.

It was typically run using two cookers to produce enough caramel to keep the moulding plant running continuously by filling a holding tank post cooling rollers but could be configured to run all 3 cookers depending on requirements.  (The holding tank is no longer with the equipment. The rework system was also removed.)
