This line fills a preformed pot which is divided into two sections, one side with chocolate and the other with inclusions such as cereals, a plastic film lid is then sealed on the pot. This forms the lower part of the egg.

The preformed top half of the egg has the surprise egg toy container automatically deposited, with space for manually inserting additional materials (e.g. spoon) and then the two halves are joined together.

The completed egg is then sleeve wrapped and shrink wrapped.

Finished egg is 75mm tall x 55mm wide

Including : 

Chocolate Tank for supplying the product to the ILPRA Filler.

ILPRA Pot Filler and Sealer with Chocolate/Hazelnut Spread (15g fill, adjustable), and Cereal Filler (5g fill).

CASSEL model Metal Shark BD200x100 Metal Detector.

TECHNOMAX Assembly Machine, places the Surprise Toy into the egg (plus manual filling of spoon), then closes both halves together.

INTERSLEEVE Sleeving Machine, Type SK832 009, which places a plastic sleeve over the complete egg before passing through a Shrink Tunnel which then seals this to the egg. 

Line Speed around 3600 Units per hour (based on the Tecnomax assembly machine), 

TOOLING IS INCLUDED FOR FORMING THE PLASTIC EGG SECTIONS IN AN INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE. (injection moulder not included)
